MEDITATION INTRODUCTION PROGRAM
This 4-week beginners meditation program is aimed at introducing your employees to the practice of meditation and providing them with an understanding of the different techniques involved.
Throughout the program, employees will learn basic meditation skills and discover the positive impact that meditation can have on their overall health and wellbeing.
Our program is designed to equip employees with personalised tips and tricks to help them develop a daily meditation practice that works for them. We believe that meditation is a skill that can be learned over time, and this program lays the foundations for a lifelong practice.
The program will consist of four one-hour sessions delivered over the course of 4 weeks, making it easy for employees to incorporate the practice into their busy work schedules.
MEDITATION IMMERSION PROGRAM
This 8-week meditation immersion program is specifically tailored for workplaces and employees who are interested in exploring the benefits of meditation and mindful awareness.
Throughout the program, employees will be introduced to the fundamental principles of meditation and they will learn practical techniques on how to integrate a daily meditation practice into their busy work lives. We’ll also incorporate some of the ancient Vedic meditation philosophy to facilitate a deeper understanding of the practice.
In addition to the foundational teachings, employees will receive personalised tips and tricks to help them develop a daily meditation practice that works for them. We believe that meditation is a skill that can be learned over time, and this program lays the foundations for a lifelong practice.
The program will consist of eight one-hour sessions delivered over the course of 8 weeks, making it easy for employees to incorporate the practice into their busy work schedules.
GROUP MEDITATION CLASSES
Our guided group meditation classes are designed to help individuals cultivate mindful awareness and improve their overall wellbeing.
Each class is led by an experienced and certified meditation teacher who incorporates a range of techniques, including mindful awareness exercises, breathwork, guided meditations, and visualisations, all centred around various physical, mental and emotional wellbeing topics.
This program is an excellent opportunity to encourage the whole team to engage in the practice of meditation, promoting a more connected, positive and relaxed work environment full of collaboration. Because we go further together.
Classes can be delivered in person in Perth and Brisbane or virtually – anywhere!
WORKSHOPS / KEYNOTES
Our meditation and mindful awareness workshops and keynotes are designed to be interactive and inspirational learning experiences.
The flexible structure of our workshops or keynotes allows us to tailor the delivery and content to suit your specific needs.
We deliver from stand-alone sessions lasting one hour or more, to half-day, full-day, or even week-long sessions. This makes our workshops/keynotes ideal for workplace wellbeing programs, employee engagement and development programs, and corporate events.
