This constant “state of activity” has resulted in chronic stress becoming prevalent and this is leading to health issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, burnout and many more. As a result, finding peace of mind has become a top priority for many.

The Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) Program 

Primordial Sound Meditation, or PSM, is a mantra based meditation practice that stems from the same centuries old Vedic tradition as Transcendental Meditation, or TM, and other forms of Vedic Meditation.

According to the Vedic tradition, at its most refined level, everything in creation is sound or vibration. The enlightened sages centuries ago recognised that the universe has its own collective sound, which changes during the lunar cycle. These sounds became the foundation of the mantras used in PSM.

In PSM, the personal mantra sound you receive reflects the vibration of the universe at the time and place of your birth. Using Vedic mathematics to determine the position of the moon at your birth allows us to identify this vibration. Repeating your personal mantra during meditation, will help you slip into the silence between your thoughts, the gap, to help quiet your mind, look past fear and anxiety, and react from a place of calm and stillness.

The Primordial Sound Meditation Program is unique. Wellbeing pioneer Dr Deepak Chopra and neurologist Dr David Simon, both world-renowned authorities in the field of mind-body medicine and Ayurveda, have revived this ancient practice of sound meditation and created a deeply transformational program around it. The PSM program is only taught by Certified Chopra Instructors like our founder Annette Drenth, who is a certified Chopra Wellbeing Coach, PSM instructor, yoga instructor and Ayurvedic Health instructor.

A coach acts as the guide that facilitates understanding, awareness, responsiblity, intention, focus, choices, solutions and effective decisions withou ensuing practical plans for action.

Meditation coaching combines life-design coaching with the wisdoms of meditation. A truly holistic approach to unlocking a fulfilled life.

1:1 Meditation Mentoring

What is meditation? How do I get myself to meditate? How do I make meditation part of my everyday life? I have a beautiful practice but how can I deepen it?

Our 1:1 meditation mentoring and personal guidance can help answer these question. Our mentorship is structured around your goals and we meet you where you are at on your meditation journey. You could be a complete beginner keen to get guidance on starting a meditation practice or you are a seasoned meditator that is seeking to evolve. 

The mentorship we provide is highly personalised and we help you grow into the direction you wish to grow. The personalised approach offers a container for deep exploration, personal insights, and guidance tailored to the particulars of your practice and your life. 

Because it is important for us to be a good fit, we virtually meet for a free 30 minute ignition session. In this session we’ll uncover your specific needs, you get to know us and how we work, and we can see if the relationship feels right.

Our modern workplaces are full of change, constant distractions, and internal and external pressures. This often creates a reactive mindset instead of a proactive mindset and this leads to issues such as stress, anxiety and burnout.

Meditation is a low cost but highly effective approach to creating a workplace full of mentally healthy people with a pro-active mindset. Aside from the well-known benefits of significantly reducing stress and increasing focus, meditation is scientifically proven to offer a wide range of benefits to support a conscious culture and organisation.

We offer bi-weekly meditation circles for men and women seeking a supportive meditation environment where they can connect, and support each other’s evolution.

You can expect guided meditations, visualisations, silent meditations, meditative writing, Ayurvedic insights and other relevant personal growth activities. 

During meditation your vibrational frequency rises, creating an increase in your own coherence or inner harmony. When meditating in a group, you share in each other’s coherence. Collective coherence created by a group is greater than the sum of the amounts of coherence created by each individual meditator. This collective coherence radiates out for the betterment of society as a whole.
